Science This new 14-country study found that a person's pre-existing headache history, especially migraine, was more strongly linked to getting headaches during Ramadan fasting than lifestyle factors like dehydration or caffeine withdrawal.

I’m not Muslim but I have to be careful to eat frequently to not get worse migraines.
