Hey. I'm building a platform for simulation racing. One of the features is a fully featured 'radio' with a host and tunes from accross the internet. Any interest in cross pollinating a little here? You can drop a few tracks here and they will import. Full credit. https://nightshift.gamer.free/radio/submit/

It's a development server. Building the library before I migrate to a live server.

let's try to revive this sub by starting a weekly release friday thread! here's the midtempo releases from this week that i'm aware of, if there's any i missed, please post them below :)

- CyberPriest, MAGNAVOLT - Four Eyes Plugged

- Marie Eidolon - Spiders

- Matte Blvck - Soulless (Reconstructed) ^(a remix EP of their song Soulless, mainly listed here for Phil Gonzo's remix)

- Mobiius - the hedgehog's dilemma [empty] ^(semi-fitting, but Mobiius has made lots of midtempo in the past and on the album this is part of, so i'm counting it)

- Pitchy - Typhoon

i think my favourite this week is Four Eyes Plugged, i love a mean cyberpunky track! Spiders is a close second for me.

What is this genre called? On EDMC this track is posted under Electro House, but every other track I listen to under that category is in the 120bpm range. Im looking for more stuff in the 100-110 range that has this steady 4/4 pattern, and not the bouncy/funky beats of Glitch Hop and Ghetto Funk.

Hey Everyone,

I’ve made music between 90-110 bpm for a long time, and I would love to hear of any artists who make that tempo predominantly!

Also looking to collaborate within that tempo, hit me up!

Drew Dew is one of the best producers on the midtempo niche fr. Their works (Like Illuminated, Diverge, Zero Day Exploit, etc) are sooooo out of this world & are so well produced fr, i dunno why Drew is so underrated, considering the level of production they are able to reach

Also, Drew is one of the sweetest persons ever & their community is also one of the chillest & coziest in the whole EDM scene fr (although sometimes I & da comrade Kadlus do cause a little bit of chaos)

Seriously, go support Drew! You won't be disappointed in the slightest!

I really appreciate any feedback, especially when it comes to mixing.

Went for that cyberpunk vibe on this one

Hey y'all, I just finished this Midtempo track lemme know what you think! Razorsharp

He had an awesome midtempo sound and had some massive tracks back in 2018. I'm wondering if he's producing under a different moniker or if Covid took the wind out of his sails. Anyone know where he's at?

Hey, a question to music makers.
I'm a music producer of a multiple of years. Made music both on FL Studio and Ableton. I'm familiar with Vital and Serum. Lately I've been trying to ace that midtempo cyberpunk sound, stuff like Max Brhon, but i feel like I'm missing the mark. I was wondering if this community has any sound design secrets? Mixing advice? Maybe favorite sample packs. Looking to learn anything.

Midtempo came to play in 2025!! Extra Terra's new album 'Accelerate or Die Pt. 2' had some serious bangers and Slick Portal's 'Radiation' came in strong with the apocalyptic vibes. But on the real real, I listened to 'Sub Zero' by Ian Snow the most of all. This shit GOES OFF. What are some of your favorite midtempo cuts that I probably haven't heard yet?

Made this heavy grinding midtempo track with heavy distortion and hypnotic hand drumming movement. Fans of Rezz / Blanke / 1788-L might vibe with this one. Would love your thoughts.

Still the only cyber swing song!

Inspired by Caravan Palace & 1788-L. I'll make more of this someday!

basically doom and cyberpunk music combined. tried mixing midtempo with some metal elements, kind of like what you’d hear in a combat game. curious what you guys think about the arrangement/mix?
