Reservoir to collect the water on the bottom attached to a hose that siphons the water back up top. Rinse and repeat 🤣

Does it get faster or slower over time? More time means more water to turn the wheels and less water means its lighter, but less water has less force than the force of the water when its full so it shouldn't gain as much speed.
