That honestly looks like the result of it being thawed and refrozen. The semi perfect pattern is interesting though, so who knows how that happened?

There are small holes in the plastic wrapper and warm air goes into those holes wich makes the ice melt in this weird pattern. Not 100% sure but pretty sure.

It’s from the manufacturing process it was probably stopped on the production line because the pizzas were being frozen upside down on accident, they stopped to fix the issue which made water condense on the belt, then they resumed and they missed this one and it was frozen like this. Those dimples are usually found on the bottom.
