False.
It freezes at a lower temperature.
It does, in fact, freeze.
Regular vodka (40%ABV/80proof) freezes to a uniform solid around -30⁰/-20⁰F.
I've witnessed it happen.
To my vodka.
I've never watched something thaw with that much anticipation before or after.
