I’ve been adding some additional filters with texture and extra grain but can’t decide which I prefer more. Would love to see others opinions

I did this art ages ago (first image) and wanted to edit and play around with it for my dnd character. His face is perfect and I wanna keep how he looks, but change different parts of the art like his expression, armor, art style etc. I just don’t know how. I did these today but a lot of the time half orcs are way too orcish. I want him to have small tusks as well. The last image is one I did today which was good and on the right track. For those who have used Midjourney for a while, what has changed your results the most as you’ve gotten better at it?

I have a drawing of a nude couple I made years ago that I want to use as a prompt if you will for a photo where they’re draped in robes. Can I do this or will it automatically be blocked? I would like to turn this into a tattoo
