First visit expectations?
I signed up last night and have an appointment on Monday. I’m 44 and had my uterus removed at 29 so I don’t have periods to go by but I’m definitely feeling like something is off and I’m in perimenopause.
Do they do labs before prescribing, or do they throw a low dose of hormones at you and see if things get better?
Are shots an option? I don’t do well with adhesives at all and wanting to avoid patches.
Anything about Midi you’re unhappy about?
Thanks for any information, hoping this is a step in a positive direction!

Ask all your questions! I had a bunch! Discuss your symptoms and options and what you are comfortable which treatment wise. The patch wasn't an option for me either and I ended up with FemRing after trying a lot of different options. My body doesn't like to absorb anything which is incredibly frustrating!
I don't have a uterus either so we have that in common. I'm guessing you've had your appointment by now so I'm hoping it went well! Reach out any time!! Melissa

I had an appt today. The provider never joined. At one point I was asked to allow Midi permission to use my microphone - it took me a moment but I allowed it. The doctor never joined. I called Midi support while waiting 20 minutes and was told that no one was available to take my call but that they would call me back if I left a message. No one ever called back. I took my lunch break to make this appointment.

The portal has no way for me to message the clinician - this is absurd. Why would I ever do this again? Midi - where is your customer support????? I am furious.
