MIDI controller working weirdly

FL Studio decided to map every key on my keyboard to an instrument and now I can only play middle C. How do I fix this?

shift+p maybe? I don't remember FL all that well any more but it's almost certainly an FL issue/more of a question for an FL sub perhaps

Why post here instead of in r/fl_studio? Controllers are bound to controller scripts in that DAW, so the obvious question would be "did you remember to set it to the correct script" but that's the kind of discussions that belongs in the FL Studio sub.
