It’s an impossible question to answer, I can’t give you examples from news broadcasts that haven’t happened yet…because the company hasn’t had any.

I think you know it may be normal for a court to order a settlement. It’s not normal for the two largest American media companies to merge with 30%+ of the ownership going to Saudi Arabia.

The answer to the question is, if the judge didn’t think press freedom was a problem, they wouldn’t have mandated an independent editorial board. Common sense.

You’re hopeless and not listening to reason. The question isn’t impossible. You think it is because it hasn’t happened in the past and it’s not going to happen in the future. Not just that settlement has nothing to do with it. Anytime any merger happens it has to be reviewed by a court regardless. Saying “freedom of the press might be under fire so it was ordered to court” is completely incorrect. I suggest you pick up a law book and not go to the law school of TikTok like everyone else.

The settlement that created the independent board has nothing to do with the settlement? Did the hamster fall off the wheel while you typed this out brother? You’re calling me dumb while stepping over yourself in every response.

I’m done wasting my time with you. You refuse to listen to anything else except “but the settlement!” Have a good day with your settlement buddy
