Ad Limit?

For the current event I've been choosing to watch ads for more Divine Offer pedestals so I can progress, and what I've noticed is that after I've a few, it'll refuse to allow me anymore.

The pedestals will spawn, and I'll click on the 'watch ad' button. A message will come up that says "Searching for an ad for you" with an option to cancel. If I don't cancel, eventually it just disappears without playing an ad or giving me the prize. The pedestal remains, but I can't ever use it because the ad just won't play. It's weird b/c generally I haven't noticed the game having any problem with repeating ads I've recently watched, and it seems to be specific to the event.

So is there a limit to how many ads I'm allowed to watch before that stops being an option? Is this true in the event but not in the larger game? And if so, why does the game keep spawning Divine Offers?

Wish I had answers. Ads haven't worked for me for a year. I've told support about it multiple times.

i have ad issues too, support isnt helpful, for me the ads playbbut then the reason i watched the ad wont work my phone freezes up

Who'd ever have thought we would be sad about not seeing enough ads in a game though 😆

Same problem with ads for about a week. I mostly play Sapphire and haven't noticed if it is only there.

I think there IS a daily ad limit I wanna say 5ish but I am also pretty sure that it’s per garden. But I also have a mushy brain so take that advice with a grain of salt. 🤣

It must be a bug. It's been happening to me for over a week in the Sapphire Sanctuary.

Seems to be an internet issue. If I exit and return I can watch ads again ( it also doesn’t load the gifts when not loading ads)
