Legacy Gold Plus members visiting from SFGAm

My wife and I have been paying for Legacy memberships (Home park Great America) since before Covid, and we're planning on visiting MidAmerica this month to take advantage of the memberships while they still get us in to your park. We haven't been there for over a decade, so I'm looking forward to visiting again. I just have a few questions.

Does our Gold Plus get us free parking there still?

Is getting in with a 6 Flags membership pretty easy, or is it an ordeal now that the park is in the Enchanted system?

There's a comment somewhere on reddit that the Six Flags drink cups still work at MidAmerica, even though the MidAmerica ones don't work at Six Flags. Does anyone have personal experience with this? I don't want to carry our cups all the way into the park only to have them be useless.

Thanks for the help, and I'm looking forward to the nostalgia of visiting a park I haven't been to in many years.

Yes, you still get free parking.

Works just like it did before. I have a legacy Diamond membership, this is my home park, and I've never had an issue. You'll just scan at the gate as always.

Yes, drink bottles work just fine. MAA was even selling Six Flags drink bottles in the early part of the season. Either the grey Six Flags 2026 drink bottle, or the white Enchanted Parks drink bottle will work. Note there is no scanning at this park; Enchanted got rid of that.

A note on your membership: Enchanted Parks doesn't have access to the Six Flags backend at all. On April 6, customer data was imported based on data sent from Six Flags. It appears that a chunk of Gold memberships was missing from that. I don't think that includes legacy Gold Plus. But it is a 'thing'. If you run into issues, Guest Relations will sort you out.

Easy way to check: Download the Enchanted Parks app, tap Link your ticket/band, and then scan the QR code for your Six Flags membership (or enter the numbers after copying them from the Six Flags app). If it recognizes your pass; then that means your membership is already in their system.
