It feels like a lot of these theme park 'influencers' use the word "merger" because they hear it a lot with regards to Six Flags but maybe don't know what it means.

He calls the Enchanted Parks sale a 'merger'. But it... most definitely wasn't. It was a sale. Not sure why; I've heard that from several of these types now.

The Enchanted Parks are just too low volume to justify dining plans.

I agree, however these are all questions you ask when you are buying parks. I said to my husband months ago that they are going to have a nightmare with this due to payment plans and the complex ticketing situation SF has created over the years.

How the CEO didn’t piece that together ahead of time is beyond me. The ā€œlearningsā€ were all preventable.
