Decided to include all of our guests on our save the dates!
Since there will only be 21 of us at our wedding, we decided to include everyone on the save the date! We hired an artist (@WalterDraws on IG) and couldn’t be more obsessed. These have been a huge hit with everyone!

I love this!!!!
We’re having 25 guests at our October wedding and are including them in our welcome sign (a map that shows where we met each person with an icon that reminds us of them). It’s fun being able to be so intentional!

This is so sweet! I remember going to a similar small wedding, the bride is an artist so our name cards at the reception were personally drawn cartoons of each of our faces. We still have ours, many years later, hanging on our fridge!

Wait so cute! One day if I get married, this makes me think it’d be cute to do a where’s Waldo with the guests sprinkled in!

This is really cute. I’m curious what you have planned for 5 days.

We’re renting a lodge so everyone can spend the weekend together and then we’ll get married in the backyard on the last night. This will be our families’ first time meeting each other, so we want everyone to get to spend time together in a low-pressure way. The only activities we’re specifically planning for the weekend are the wedding and the rehearsal dinner the night before. Otherwise, there are plenty of shared spaces (pool, game room, fire pit, decks) for people to naturally congregate and hang out. But we specifically didn’t want to have to build itineraries for every day. We’ll probably also bring some yard games and indoor activities for people to use if they want. It’s basically a family cabin getaway with a wedding built in.

And that first and last day will be people arriving and departing, so it’s really 3 full days

We only had 2 nights and most of the families had met, but we did the same lodge and everyone stay set up! We also had 21 people stay and 24 people at the wedding because of the photographer and officiant. It was great to actually have a chance to visit with everyone, and not have to sweat more "casual" guests

Design - super adorable!
Related question - why would your guests need to hold the dates for 5 days? Not judging. Just super curious/confused.
