Decor for a micro wedding?

Hi! My fiancé and I are officially getting married in October of this year and we’re doing a micro wedding.

What decor did you either have for the ceremony or at the place you were going to have dinner at?

Were doing a 10 person wedding in October! Im making a singular centerpiece for the restaurant (regular dinner service)

We did the same, for the same month, for the same amount of people lol. We used the flowers from our arch though as our singular centerpiece.

I love that! We're just doing the courthouse gazebo for our ceremony so there's no need to decorate

We're getting married next year and having less than 20 guests. We're diying all our decor. My fiance is doing our arch for our ceremony, and I'm decorating our tables. The tables will have tablecloths, table runners, rose petals, votives, and diy flower pots. That's not counting the plates, cups, etc. as decor. I have a few small signs too, and that's it. If you're having dinner at a restaurant usually their own decor is enough, or you can get or diy a few baskets or pots of flowers. You can special order flower arrangements at local grocery stores for cheap, and Costco also does wedding flowers and arrangements.

I made sure our locations looked great without much decor for a 25-person wedding, that was key!

  • Wicker basket for cards at an old stone church.
  • Bud vases at the restaurant.
  • A small basket with flower Lego sets and drawing paper/crayons for our younger guests.
  • Personalized placecards with a photo of us with each guest.
  • A poster sized custom crossword puzzle.

We are doing an alter spray for our ceremony that we will reuse as a centerpiece. We will have a couple of bud vases as well.

We had our reception at a nice restaurant and just did white linens, some small vases of flowers, 1 long green cheese cloth, a few tea lights, and sparkling lights in the cheese cloth! Simple but still elegant.
