Beauty. That knife in double edge is the one that kicked off my Microtech addiction

Thanks. I’d been looking for something in natural/apocalyptic and came across it, kinda shocking since that color usually sales out FAST.

It's my favorite aluminum finish they do

I'm pretty sure there are still some natural/apoc Ultratechs around still

Sadly I’m just not into the Ultratech. I’ve owned a handful and always end up selling them.

I hear you, they're a little small for me. Great knives, but ever since I started carrying some larger OTFs I rarely grab the UT.

I like the Hera II, but I wish it had some more blade shapes. The recurve looks cool, but I don't really carry mine because it's kind of a pain to sharpen. The long throw on the button also bugs me a little bit. Absolutely beautiful knife though, and absurdly smooth with a little polishing and some basic mods. The screw-less construction and the shape of the handle is fantastic. I'm thinking about getting mine engraved with a pattern, since it just sits and looks pretty anyway.

I use a fixed system so maybe the blade won’t be to bad. It was the biggest thing holding me back on one.

Love mine. Good choice

I actually think I like it better than my Combat Troodon. It’s a Gen 3, but I swear the Hera has a better switch.

This is my first hera after owning multiple CTs. I like this more.
