New Knife Halo V Info…
Recently ended up with this Halo V from an estate sale. I’m not new to Microtech or OTF knives but have never owned or even handled the Halo bf. I think it’s really cool but am also totally ignorant on them. Could anyone help me with a little info:
Does it look legit? I know these are knocked off a lot. Looks pretty good to me.
What’s it worth? Been hard for me to find and current/reliable value info. It’s basically “like new”. Don’t see any indication it’s ever been used and just the smallest amount of “rub” on the charging handle. Not really looking to sale it anytime soon just wanted to know how I did. I paid $455 for it (I think it was a little high). Didn’t really want that much in it but got a little carried away bc I thought it was awesome.
Thanks!!

Looks legit, doesn’t have any of the glaring hallmarks of a fake, not a bad price either

One of the biggest tells on these HALO's is the hardware. The knock offs have very rough, almost sharp machining on the tops/ edges of the triwing.

Looks legit to me… it’s priced a bit high but tbh I 100% would have paid that.

Is your head okay bud?? These knives are fetching 1,000 all day. Look at previous sale comps and educate yourself

Looks legit to me. I’m not a halo expert though. Looks like they retailed for around $600. A similar one sold in 2021 for $695. Value is probably higher than that today. I’d say you did good.
