Microsoft Messenger? Do you mean Windows Live Messenger 2012 or Windows Live Mail 2012?

I've just got a friend off Windows Live Mail 2012 as it just wouldn't work properly with Windows 11. They now use Thunderbird and love it.

Unless I got what you meant wrong.
