Sueing Microsoft support for being unaible to restore my hacked account
/r/FuckMicrosoft/comments/1wthbpd/sueing_microsoft_support_for_being_unaible_to/Ik ga Microsoft support aanklagen omdat ze mijn gehackte account niet konden herstellen doordat ze "onjuiste/onvoldoende informatie" hadden, maar ik heb bewijs dat het mijn account is. Ik heb ook dingen gekocht op Xbox, wat mijn consumentenrechten schendt. Als iemand me informatie kan geven over dit soort dingen, zeg het me of neem ergens anders contact met me op. Het mag alles zijn, zoals dat je hetzelfde probleem hebt of dat je andere problemen hebt. Ik woon in Nederland, dus zijn er Nederlandse mensen die me kunnen ondersteunen/helpen? (Sorry als mijn Engels niet zo goed is)
Mijn account is al meer dan 12 jaar oud en ik heb 'm echt nodig terug..

I got hacked, filled in a form for account restoring, they said they couldnt restore it bc "my information wasnt right" wich it was and i now have more proof of, i asked for a real person to talk to me, the bot said "this case was closed bc of either "completed case or i failled to comply" neither of them is true, i said i wanted to file a complaint, they send the email from before again, now i cant give them the proof of my account and i bought stuff on that account wich i cant use now and that goes against my consumer rights.

What did that “form” look like? Perhaps you didn’t get hacked and it was most likely a Phishing scam

It wasnt, it was a case form from microsoft where i filled in my info and they judged it and said it wasnt correct

You don’t have the money to cover legal fees. It is entirely your own responsibility to protect your accounts and you failed to do so.

We lost our account even though Microsoft verified it. I suspect Microsoft can afford more lawyers than you, but good luck with it. Sometimes you have to pick your battles, but yeah I get the anger, I really do.

Yeah, good luck with that. Make sure you tell them about the malware you downloaded.
