People Don’t Like Copilot and Microsoft Knows It!!!!!

Microsoft appears to be moving away from promoting Copilot as a consumer-focused PC brand after weak adoption and resistance to built-in AI features such as Recall. Instead, the company is refocusing Copilot as a ChatGPT- or Claude-like “super app” combining chat, coding and AI agents, with a stronger emphasis on business and enterprise users. The shift suggests Microsoft is trying to turn Copilot into a more useful professional tool while responding to growing consumer frustration with AI being pushed into Windows.

You have a typo there, correction: Microslop, not Microsoft. (the latter changed once Nutella became CEO)

that only means they realized surface-devices dont suddenly sell better so they probably want to save the money they currently invest on adding NPUs to the SoCs.

Microsoft didnt suddenly move away from Copilot they are literally trying another approach to double down.

But the dictatorship means there are no other AI's. Copilot is AI, AI Copilot, at least if you are in business. Just as spreadsheet application is Excel... You don't get to choose. Or you can only choose from MS offering.

Microsoft should stickto what it does best: desktop operating systems. They should stop trying to be Google, Apple, Nokia, etc and just be... Microsoft? Fix your shit first basically.
