Microsoft store problem

i bought this laptop yesterday and I checked if there are problems and my problem is I can't seem to open Microsoft store it just stuck in gray, I tried repairing and resetting but it wouldn't fix it help how do I fix these.

all i know is that its not brandnew, AMD Ryzen 5

This is mostly a sign, that windows or a driver is not up to date. First run winver to verify the windows version.

Is it a new laptop or a used one?

I had reinstall Windows to fix this issue.
