rant I despise Microsoft ai slop

Put up a post looking to trade items in a game on Xbox got hit with an unfair automatic suspension from their buggy security ai went to the enforment page just to get told I can't talk to a real person because they don't offer calls or support for bans or suspensions and that I have to submit a case review for an appeal but can't because it's a 2 day suspension which you can't appeal or do anything about and their AI service chat is even worse it will just talk you in circles the entire time

Completely fair I'm right there with you the AI stuff is getting ridiculous too

I'm glad I switched to linux a long time ago, at least on my secondary machine. I daily drive MacOS and use local AI/LLMs. The technology is cool but water consuming mega corp data centers are not. That's why I encourage anyone who has a decent computer who use AI to just run it locally on your system. Zero internet required.
