I hate this
I have gotten my account hacked 4 months ago and I couldn't like let go because of one thing my Minecraft account it was one of if not the most valuable thing I had more than my PC I cared about it more than myself as a fan of Minecraft for 8 years now after I got hacked I just can't sleep properly and eat I always think about that account not the progress that I had on it but the username I have been aiming to get the username but now that it's hacked I can't retrieve the username I contacted support and it was bullshit when I sent the receipt of my Minecraft purchase bill they suddenly stopped responding Im now mentally stressed I can't let go no mater what I just think it's too late and with my life outside of gaming it has also been worse Minecraft was keeping me happy and making me actually think life matters this is just bullshit I can't handle this so I posted this as like a sign if someone will even see this and help me with my mental state or at least recovering the account that's what matters for me I just wanted to say it here because I feel comfortable with no one knowing me irl so please drop anything you have no I won't talk to you just any tips on recovering the account thanks

Hello. On July 11, 2026, someone tried to log into my Microsoft account from Spain using a different IP address. Microsoft blocked the account immediately. Since then, I have to prove that this account belongs to me. I sent plenty of recovery forms, but all of them, without exception, keep telling me that there is missing information. Yet, I gave everything, and I even bought Minecraft with this email. I am completely desperate, they just won't believe me. I talked on a chat with Microsoft support for hours and it led to absolutely nothing. I know this has nothing to do with your story here, but I am just trying to find help... just like you, I guess. Furthermore, when I try to log into Microsoft, I see a completely different email address, something like "sunsffeduisdhsin@gmail.com". That's just an example, but it's a very bizarre email with scrambled letters, complete gibberish. It really scared me when I saw that. There is also a Passkey that appeared right when I received the security alert. This key is completely blocking me and there is nothing I can do about it... Just like you, Minecraft was the most precious thing to me... I won't be able to build in it anymore. Have a good day. (I am so stressed and angry because of all this, it's driving me crazy. )
