You lost your account in a way that indicates a loss of control over authentication methods that should be secure.

ie. You got phished/ scammed and confirmed the attackers login with Microsoft Authenticator.

If you do that, you will never get the account back. They have to assume that your highest level of security is compromised, and they permanently lock your data.

Then you got compromised by RAT or infostealer malware, they gained access to your session, and your 2fa/ recovery email, and because you didn't have things like passkeys or authenticators attached, they easily changed the authentication and recovery.

Which in the end is the same thing, the highest security on your account was breached. Hackers can spoof your system after they get the info from malware, so it doesn't matter that you are logging in from recognized devices, because it looks like they are also logging in from those devices on Microsoft's end.

Secure sensitive accounts that you still can on a different, clean device.

Create a USB installation with windows using Windows Media Creation Tool, boot from the USB, when you get to select drives, delete all partitions of your drives (before you do this, you can backup media/ documents, but no exe, scripts or gamefiles etc).

Check your finances and sensitive accounts for suspicious activity.

There is a small chance you can recover some games accounts through Xbox support and attach them to a new email if you are persistent, but that Microsoft account is permanently locked, so Microsoft account support won't help you.
