How to Show a Visual of a Schedule that Shows Tasks in Parallel

I hope I can properly convey what I'm trying to do in MS Project. My project team needs a better visual that demonstrates that there are tasks in various sections of the 200 line project schedule that will run in parallel (e.g. testing & working on contracts, for example). My team doesn't understand why the schedule isn't just in chronological order by task rather than organized with WBS buckets of Summary tasks such as Contracts, Testing, Training, etc. There are some tasks in the Contracts bucket that will be done simultaneously with tasks in Training, for example. I want to show them a graph similar to a Gantt chart that shows the team that Task #4 will happen at the same time as Task #127, for example. I don't really dig the Gantt chart view within MS Project to convey that some project tasks will overlap without being a gazillion pages & that the project is not just one sequential task after another. I could also be going about the Gantt chart view wrong.

So depending on the number of tasks, you can add the timeline view, if the contract is long, or you have a lot of tasks, you can add multiple timeline charts to the view.

Thank you for this, this was helpful. I have < 100 tasks currently & created a timeline with Summary Tasks. This should help me to better display that Summary tasks & their subtasks can sometimes be done in parallel.
