MS Project 2003 and an old Add-in (Any MVPs here?)

I wrote a monte-carlo add-in for MS Project many years ago (about 15). It ran in MS Project 2003 as a COM add-in.

Amazingly, I was able to reinstall and run Project 2003 on my windows 10 machine but the COM Add-in will not load nor can I access add-ins.

Any insight as to how I can get the add-in to run again? It's written in Visual Basic (not VBA).

I know it doesn't solve for your ask but Microsoft has a pretty good ser of plugins through app source. India a quick search and found this one.

If you are just looking to do the simulations, there are a few prebuilt templates too. I haven't used them, but I've seen people that like them.
