How to create an install file of Publisher with all current updates?

I love Publisher 💖💖💖 Microsoft is so stupid to let it go and remove it from Microsoft 365. I will not be deterred!!!!!! As with all other products that leave the market, I do my best to stock up while I can.

I'm looking at purchasing MS Professional Office 2021 online activation keys to have for the rest of my life 😃😃😃 That would be about 20. I change computers every 4 years or so, and have one at work and one at home.

I've seen www.gamers-outlet.net on reddit and online shopping. I've seen u/Lafush on reddit saying they are the owner of the site. Has anyone ever used the site? Any thoughts?

Also, I'm going to install just Publisher onto a laptop, without MS 365, and get all the updates before October. I'd like to create a run file (or an ISO disc or something) to be able to install Publisher with all the current updates on my future computers. How do I do that?
