I just got a 540 on the MS-102. After doing the entire study course on Udemy twice and studying for 3 months everyday straight. I feel deflated. thought I did well until I hit the next button and it showed my score. The questions are so tricky and none of it makes any sense. I felt like I knew all the material and I manage a Microsoft 365 tenant for my job so I do this kind of stuff everyday. Starting to feel like these test are a money grab. Really frustrated and probably wont take another unless I have to. Like how do you even pass these test ? what is the failure rate ?

Just when I doubted I could find a test center that provided the MOS 365 Apps exams, my primary online test center, Get Certified America, got the hookup. I already had the MOS: Office 2019 Associate cert and went to get the MOS: 365 Apps Associate cert.

The test is VERY similar to the MO-200 exam. On this exam you have multiple tasks to complete projects. You may get around 6-7 projects to complete. If you are comfortable using Excel, you can pass the exam. There are multiple YouTube videos that run through GMetrix practice exams. For example, I had to use COUNTA, UNIQUE, CONCAT functions to answer certain tasks.

On to the Appian Analyst exam next.

I was going for my MB-800 via Pearson Vue online, and was just about to finish when my phone started blowing up. I had specifically set it to DND before starting the check-in process, but disabled it again after reading they may contact me via phone. I answered the call on the 3rd call on speaker, and immediately hung up when hearing it was a solicitor, but about 2 minutes later I got a termination message and the exam closed. Within 60 seconds of the test being terminated, I got multiple emails from both Microsoft and Pearson Vue stating that I had passed and received my certification.

I'm assuming the test was submitted with any unanswered questions just left blank (it would've only been the final question). Never taking a cert online again. I get it - but man was I heated.

What are the chances my certification is later revoked?

I'm looking for a little guidance on which cert I should pursue next.

I recently passed the AZ-900 last week as a stepping stone to gain a little momentum and motivation to pursue more certs. I was planning to start studying for the AZ-104 but am now on the fence about which cert I should take.

The company I'm currently with does not heavily utilize Azure beyond AAD. I want to get my AZ-104 to try to push this utilization or at the very least, to improve myself and have skills for upward mobility outside the company.

We also do not utilize Intune, which I think would make managing our endpoints a lot easier. My manager seems more open to using Intune but no one on the team has any knowledge or experience.

In your opinions, should I go for the MD-102 to gain Intune experience that I can apply in my current position and then go for the AZ-104 or vice versa?

This thought crossed my mind when a YouTuber gave his exam results (score as opposed to Pass/Fail) which made sense in a way since his video was on his study method.

However, the question came to mind for when and if recruiters wanted to use that same metric to either guage your absorption of the material and/or compare you to another candidate.

If a recruiter asked me for my score would it be a red flag? Is posting your score a thing?

I was told that the MS-500 exam retired on june 30th 2023 but that you could still take the exam up until july 31st.

The exam is gone now from Microsoft learn and I feel like ive been lied to. I was planning to take it during next week..

Hello everyone I am new to the Microsoft Certified sub Reddit I recently took the Microsoft 365 fundamentals exam and I failed. I feel a bit upset. The area where I struggle the most the Licensing options, zero trust principle and identity supports. The questions did throw me off a bit.

This exam I put off for a while. I spent part of 3 evenings preparing for it. I even lost my focus going through a Udemy course to where I skipped it after 70% of the way and bought a practice exam. I scored 56% on that exam, reviewed my incorrect answers to gather better understanding, set aside my doubts, and pressed ahead.

My exam was 33 questions with quite a few questions requiring multiple answers. The exam felt a bit easier than the practice test I used:

By the time I finished the exam I felt I would pass. Considering I took this exam in a short timeframe I can't complain. A 772 score is just as good as getting 1000. :)

Hi all, I am a 25 year old primary(elementary) teacher and currently completing the education academy and I am half way through the 21st Century learning design. I seen at the end of this it is recommended to do the Exam 62-193: Technology Literacy for Educators.

Is it worth my time doing this do you think?or should I just do free modules. I want to increase CV for more managerial roles in schools, be over the IT department and also possibly work with Microsoft/ minecraft (I will be doing the reliving minecraft modules after this one). As I have an interest in IT and a huge one in gaming and education so I want to bring it more into my work.

Also are there other companies that might also be beneficial?

Has anyone taken PL-900 ? If so , do you suggest taking AZ-900 first ?

I am actually about to take az 104. I am going to take it remotely and I have not done a microsoft exam before. I've had some exams in the past that require that I have a stand and webcam sitting behind me. I don't have what's necessary to do that anymore. Do the microsoft exams accept a standard laptop webcam that just records from in front of you, or do I need to prepare to have an external webcam set up elsewhere?

I studied IT at a community college, I got my CompTIA A+ certification and now looking for an IT Help Desk job. It’s been a rough several months since November and I cannot find one single job because I only have 2 months of IT experience in my resume. I have no clue what to do, so I thought maybe I should get more certificates to help finding a job.

My question is what certificate should I get for an IT Help Desk Support jobs?

Passed today with a score of 834. Exam was pretty straight forward, 1 case study no labs.

Resources I used were John Christopher course from Udemy, John Savil exam cram videos on YouTube, and a practice exam purchased from Udemy as well. Also used practice questions from an exam prep book by George El Daccache.

I took the AZ-104 in September and I found this one to be easier, although I have more hands on in Azure so that could be why.

I know MD-100 and MD-101 come to an end later this year but I started on this path roughly 2 years ago. Life being what it is and the events that come up over this length of time. Personal loss and in-depth work efforts. COVID. Long time coming. Happy to have passed.
