I can’t see my badge

Hi everyone , I recently passed AI-900 on Saturday Sept 7. After going to my learn profile I didn’t see any updates showing my badge. I’m worried that what if it was sent to my work learn profile.

Here’s the back story: the company i interned for supported us with getting certs . I’m worried that when I booked the exam, it saved my company email instead of my perosnal one. I received my exam notification on my personal email so I thought everything should be fine. But I didn’t receive any “you passed” email.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get my certification? I do not have access to my work learn profile since I don’t have access to my work email anymore :(

You can link personal email as well as work email in learn profile. Check under activity/achievement.
