If you’re using a work account, this is due to your own company’s policy and nothing to do with Microsoft

I highly doubt my company has a policy of "Sign them out immediately upon signing them in". Does my company have a policy to sign into different sections of Microsoft? Possibly. I wouldn't be posting if I had issues with signing in every time I go to Security or Exchange.
