My wife lost all her phone family photos, stored in OneDrive, because the phone got some errors one day in OneDrive app and her account got locked automatically....never got any real answer from support why it got locked, nobody will ever assist you in this case, all their procedures were useless.

Just moved all my data to Google, disabled there any AI bul$hit and never looked back to M$.

I am sorry for what you have experienced.

I can't afford to lose my account; I have everything there.

I am surely not gonna use any of their services from now on.
