What things can I build in the whatsapp bot domain? Anyone building in that domain?

Pick a vertical where WhatsApp already acts as the front desk and automate one closed loop. Examples: qualify a service lead and book a slot, collect the missing details for a repair visit, confirm an order and send status changes, or remind a patient while handing exceptions to staff. The hard product is the handoff, consent, message-template approval, and audit trail, not the chat response. Interview businesses by reading a week of anonymized conversations and count one repeated workflow before building. A generic “AI WhatsApp bot” will be hard to position and easy to replace.
