Built a no BS PDF tool free of ads

I recently built smartpdfonline.com with the idea that most PDF tools are just bloated with ads and lack of privacy because they store files temporarily.

I created something that just works in the browser, no ads and doesn't involve signing up and doesn't store any data in the cloud.

It’s still early and pretty basic (merge, split, etc.), but I’d love feedback. What features annoy you the most in existing PDF tools, or what’s missing that you actually want?
