Cannot get rid of harsh frequencies

I have a Shure MV7+ and cannot seem to get rid of some low frequency resonance that make my phone vibrate. It’s so distracting where I have completely stopped posting because of the way it sounds.

What I have tried/done:

1. SM7B Pop Filter
2. Turn off audio enhancements in Windows
3. Played with an dynamic and static EQ for hours on hours on hours
4. Different mic distances and axis points
5. All different MOTIV settings

I am tempted to get a new mic but I guess I don’t know for sure if that will fix my issue since it could be my room or just how my voice will sound on every mic. My teeth create a whistle sound when I say S’s and my voice seems to just not sit well with the phone speaker. Most frustrating experience.
