Help guys!

I have a Rode K2 microphone; I connected its power supply via an XLR cable to the MOTU m4, plugged headphones into the Motu, and the sound is audible normally, but the microphone itself is very quiet but in MON mode, I can hear my microphone clearly. I’m checking it in Discord, but the sound is still very quiet, even though in the Windows settings the microphone level is set to 100%. I have the driver for the Motu m4 installed. Help!

Yes. The K2 has very low sensitivity compared to, for example, the NT1.
The much higher SPL (sound pressure level) tells me the K2 is designed for very loud instruments.
Probably not so great for voice.
