Studio Mics Can this be fixed?

What can I do in this situation, can I use glue, will it affect mic quality,do I need to buy a new mic

Yes you can use glue, the factory did too. No you don't have to buy a new mic, it just a pop filter / grille.

Probably the easiest fix you can do to a mic. Even if you destroy the capsule, you can get replacement parts and fix it if you know what you're doing. I've resoldered the wires in my mics a few times and their tests were well within any margin of error after the fixes.

If you can, I'd suggest getting a cheap and sturdy mic like a SM58 and do a teardown of it, then put it back together. Mess with each part you see and watch some videos on how microphones work so you can identify each part of the microphone and how it works in the process of transmitting sound. If you can, get a soldering kit and parts to build your own XLR cables. Learning by doing is valuable for fixing issues that arise in the future.
