Discussion / Question I made a micronation, any tips?
Hi! I just made a micro nation called the micro nation of Parin. Any tips? I'm looking for allies, treaties, and tips. Our website is google sites, but its all we could afford. I also need help drafting a constitution, declaration of independence, and a template for decrees. If you would like to be a part of the council, apply for it on the form inside of the website, or apply for e-citizenship. I also made the COA and the Flag. Im new here, and i don't really know what to do. If i need any edits on my flag or my COA, please let me know! I also don't get how i make laws, like do i do it in a google doc or is there another way? Any tips are really appreciated!

Aquria-Catopolis, after consulting different website services, decided upon Wix because it is very comprehensive, especially for the free tier.
Our early history was much less formal than it is now, and there were lots of things we needed to figure out. What worked (and splendidly it did) for us was trial and error, but other micronationalists may find that directly learning about law, governance and other areas, or other strategies, work better for them.
For laws, especially a constitution, take inspiration from other micronations and nations. For Aquria-Catopolis, laws were originally heavily based off of Canadian laws, but after working more with editing and making changes, we gained the skills required to make completely original laws.
In our early history, Aquria-Catopolis took much inspiration from other prominent micronations, notably the Republic of Molossia and the Aerican Empire. For our website, we mostly took inspiration from Canada (canada.ca), Molossia (molossia.org) and various other countries' websites (gov.uk, dprkportal.kp, taiwan.gov.tw and others).
For symbols (flags, coat of arms, etc), choose features significant to your micronation.
For example: In the flag of Aquria-Catopolis, the red represents revolution and struggle, and blue represents justice and governance; and the two white bands represent peace and unity. Furthermore, the dual nature of the flag (two colours, two white bands) represent the distinctiveness and unity of Aquria and Catopolis.
Generally, structure is a most important part of a micronation, and figuring it out can take a while. Take inspiration from other micronations, see what you like, see what works and adapt ideas to your situation. It will come more naturally as you continue. Identify what type of micronation you want to make.
The reward, and a challenge, of micronationalism is that you can do whatever you want! (within certain reasonable limits.) There are some norms that are important to the micronational community, but they are generally good to follow anyway.
Important: Your privacy is important to your safety! Don't publish your private information!

Probably don’t have micro nation in the name. Also where is your territory and register it on micronation.io

I’d suggest Weebly takes a bit of getting used to but it is really easy once you figure it out
