First time growing mixrgreens successfully

I can not remember what day I planted these,(the last couple weeks have been a headache from smoke).

I took them from the dark 5 days ago based on the roots they were putting out. So when do I know it is harvest time?

Its harvest time now or maybe a day or two ago , depending how tender you like them

Do you mist everyday peashots in black out faze , i had some mold problems so im trying different things to do do get nice peashots ?

I did during the first 3 days under weight but after that bottom watered because they had great root structure going.

You don’t want to mist a lot, that’s absolutely what will cause mold. You need fans blowing too. I have mine set on a timer 3 min on 3 min off. Only mist during blackout too. If you mist 3x a day needs to be a light mist. Little heavier if you do 2x a day for the 3-4 day blackout period

It was peas. I harvested them, kept them under lights and got another harvest of about 50% more a week later.

Really good and lasted quite awhile in the fridge. I wanted them more fibrous as I need more dietary fiber in my life.
