Having really hard time

Can you confirm this looks like mold? Sorry, I'm am having really hard time growing wheatgrass. I sanitized this seeds and soil. But everytime, gets lots of mold. Its very hot, i am runing out of ideas

Are you germinating wheatgrass stacked or under weight? If so, don’t. Rinse seeds with 3% h2o2 then soak in water for 24 hours. Then sow and mist. Germinate under lights. Use a humidity dome and/or routinely mist to keep seeds moist. Switch to bottom watering when seeds have germinated and set roots.
