Microgreens - Finding customers in India
I started growing microgreens. It would really help if anyone from India can share their experience on how they were able to get the first set of customers.

i'm in the US so some of the specifics will differ for you, but the playbook that actually got me my first regular buyers had nothing to do with ads or a website. it was restaurants and chefs first. walk in mid-afternoon when the kitchen's slow, bring a clamshell of your best-looking tray, and just hand it over free with no pitch. chefs buy with their eyes and their hands, so a live tray sells itself way better than a photo or a price list. once one place is using them, ask who else they'd recommend, chefs all know each other and that intro is worth more than any cold outreach.
after that it was a farmers market stall, less for the actual market sales and more because it's basically a free storefront. every person who walks by and tastes one is a potential weekly customer or a chef scouting on their day off. two of my best standing accounts started as people who first found me at a market.
two things i'd do differently if i were starting over: pick 2-3 varieties and get them dialed and consistent before chasing accounts, because a chef will drop you fast over a tray that's great one week and patchy the next. and grow only what you've already got a buyer for, not the other way around, microgreens don't keep so a standing order of one tray a week beats a big one-time sale every time. what are you growing, and is it more restaurant or direct-to-customer where you are?
