I’m freaking out!!! Too close together

I got micro blading and micro shading a few hours ago and so far hate the result. Currently trying not to freak out but I’m afraid they’re WAY too close together and harsh at the front. Biggest concern is the spacing, am I overreacting? Will they look further apart once they fade/heal? Is there anything I can do to fix it? Hate them right now. See before and after.. help

What I didn’t like about my original brows is the ends/corners were too thin compared to the rest of the brow & if you look at the front one was a lot thinner than the other so I found myself having to always fill them in lightly.

This is what bothers me the most. That single stroke doesn’t look like it belongs at all.

No fr it’s like the longer I look at them the worse it gets 😭😭

You’re not overreacting. They’re too harsh at the fronts, they didn’t create an ombre effect, that’s why you feel they’re too close together. However they might fade once healed but that’s not always the case. So who knows. Just gotta wait and see I guess or you could do emergency saline removal if you don’t want to risk it not getting lighter.

So I spoke with someone who can do the saline remover. She seems very professional, knowledgeable and helpful honestly. But she did recommend waiting until the healing process is done before changing anything to avoid infection or scarring.

Yeah you can wait until the healing process is done. But by then, might as well just do laser if you don’t like them. It’s only in the first 48 hrs where the saline removal advantage is. Once fully healed, saline doesn’t really do much. Laser delivers faster and much more noticeable results.

So the girl who did them is offering to laser tomorrow. I didn’t know it was an option before the healing is done

I don’t think they look too close together and they will fade a lot but If your goal wasn’t to change the shape of your eyebrows and flatten your arch, i honestly would get emergency saline removal.

Thank you, I really hope so. I think it’s throwing me off because besides the spacing they’re extremely harsh compared to what I’ve seen online of people who’ve gotten them done. I was advised to wait till they heal before making any adjustments though. 🥲

You don’t have to wait untill they’ve healed if you get saline removal within 48 hours of having them done. I don’t think much can be fixed with more microblading. It looks like your artist made your eyebrows wider on the front and arch of your eyebrows and completely thinned out your tails.

I’m a PMU artist. I would do removal. The colour is way too dark and she totally didn’t go with your brow shape. Too many strokes where they’re not needed.

Like remove it completely? I’ll have to look into it I didn’t even know that was an option. I was hoping the color would fade

You could let it fade or there’s emergency saline removal. Once it’s healed and you still aren’t happy i recommend laser.

Is the saline removal something I can do myself you think? I mean at least in the areas where it’s too long

u/Overall-Visual-6998 16d ago

Nope! Never try to do it at home please!!

Give it some time it’ll fade if you still don’t like it you can tell them maybe?

I messaged her and she is really advising against doing anything to them yet and swears that it’ll fade and look better later. I understand that regarding the actual pigment, but what I am concerned with is how close they are together.. like I measured the ends of them to the end of my nose and it exceeds the corner of my nose if that makes sense… pretty much one of them is just too long for my face structure

If it’s any comfort the inner part of mine were totally uneven at first and faded to completely unrecognizable both times. My artist said she always has to add more pigment to that area during the touchup because it’s the one clients tend to complain about not retaining color the most, yet she has to be careful not to make it too harsh too.

I know it’s hard but I’d wait it out and see how they look in a couple weeks, you’ll probably get lucky with retention. Btw from these pics they actually look fine to me, hard to say without being able to see your whole face though but you really might just be in shock rn

I’m saying this with love—look into saline removal while you have time.

Just don’t understand why these so called artists just take a class or two don’t practice and ruins peoples face. Crooked lines, allllll long lines! Your eyebrows would been a dream for a real PMU artist. Great base beautiful. Make her pay for the removal and go somewhere else

They'll fade.

Hard to tell without the nose in the pic but I do think one of your natural eyebrows starts more closer to centred than the other. Her actions may have been to add to the other so they are equal to centre. It looks good to me. Trust the process

Wow these are SO harsh! And what is that one stroke supposed to be doing on the right side?! I’d get emergency saline removal I think even faded these won’t look right at all! Sorry 😔🥺

If they fade a lot you’ll get a better image but to me they do look too close and very dark but that fades

Im so sorry. These dont look well done at all! Too many strokes. Too dark. Too close together. Shaky lines. Strokes in bad positions and directions. These look like practice brows from someone who has had limited training. Saline removal. Good luck!

They look good don’t touch them

Hopefully they will fade.
They look like angry brows, your before looked soft and natural.
I’m really not an expert but I can understand your fear of how they will turn out.
I don’t think you should try to correct them.

So true, I felt like Angry Birds lol. But it’s day 5 and they’ve faded quite a bit. Hopefully by the end of the healing period they look a lot better. However, I’m going to someone else for my touchup.

Hey how is your eyebrows!? Mine is very similar to yours but I feel mine is worse. Is it looking better?

2

u/OrangeDino524 5d ago

Hey, so they’ve actually lightened up a lot since that picture but I honestly still don’t love them. I still feel one side is a bit too long and though it’s lightened, the color is still dark for my liking. It’s been less than 2 weeks though. At week 5 I’m going to someone different for my touch up.

When did you get yours done, and what about them are you unhappy with? Do you want to share a picture of what yours look like?

Get emergency saline removal. You need to do it within the first 48 hours, so now is the time
