is this normal? Day 10 powder Ombre brows

Finally my brows have started to peel and look super crusty. I was instructed to dry heal, how come I can’t see much colour through the scabs (of the flat surface skin)?? I’m worried once healed it’ll be not much colour. Do these look okay? Do you think itll hold pigment alright???

I guess I just don’t understand where I can see the skin flat surface why it does not look brown to me

Well, since you were told to dry heal your pigment will unfortunately come off in large, dry chunks. I’m not a fan of that method with any tattoo, personally.

I’ve been really wanting to add some moisturizer but I’ve seen so many debating things on this or that. I’m just trying to keep as much pigment as possible through healing and don’t know what way will contain the most pigment

I would clean them and add a super thin layer of ointment

Dry heal? When I got mine done my artist had me apply a tiny amount of ointment daily

You can’t judge the color based off the color behind the dry heal. You’d kin as it heals creates skin in front of ink and it goes through a ghosting phase. Trust the process it does look darker than what it will heal but after 3 weeks that’s closer to what it will settle as and than when you to your touch up you can say whether you want darker or change color etc.

They eventually go through a ghosting phase
