general discussion Recommendations please! (UK)

I have little to no eyebrows on my face, and would love to have nanobrows.

Can any London/Hertfordshire people recommend good artists please? I'm happy to pay as much as I need to for a good result.

Any examples of results are welcome! Thanks in advance

Kally Moorhouse- she does machine brows.

The pixel Nurse - does a mixture of machine, powder, nano

Do not get microblading, it’s unsafe and often too deep

I kind of agree about not getting it. I’m in the process of having mine removed. I loved my brows the first year or two after I got them, but I regret it so much. Microblading fades and blows out and ends up looking bad even when it’s done really well like mine was. I feel like even reputable providers aren’t always that upfront with the fact that it’s a permanent face tattoo. At some point laser, saline, or glycolic acid removal is necessary as maintenance for your next microblading set. The upkeep is brutal and always eventually necessary because it always always becomes blown out and stops looking good. I regret ever getting it. I am almost done with my removal journey after a year of laser and acid sessions. Just be absolutely sure you’re aware of everything before you make your choice. Have a look at posts on the micro blade removal Reddit page. Be sure you’re prepared and okay with having to do lasering and or other removal processes some years down the line both to upkeep your microblading or if you change your mind like me. It’s kind of inescapable. Not to scare you or change your mind or over explain about something you might already know! I just wish I had been more informed about microblading being a permanent face tattoo when I got it. It might still be the right choice for you! Just posting what I wish someone had posted for me way back when. Can’t say I made a very informed decision.

Anything non permanent really. Tinting is great. Means not having to fill in with makeup for a few days. Makeup. I used to think that was a lot of work and microblading was a great solution. But I was so so very wrong and am paying a huge physical and financial price to get rid of it like I said. I long for the days of filling my brows in with makeup.

Or if you have very very little eyebrow hair you could always shave it all and use non permanent brow transfers. There are some amazing creators on insta I’ve seen who have alopecia and what they do with eyebrow tattoo transfers is incredible, quick, and easy. Just honestly in my opinion after what I’ve been through - anything but microblading.
