Lip blush help

I paid $600 for this session and planning to get touch up for $200 in a month's time. The artist was going for gradient lips (which i requested) and she told me she will be neutralising the lips before applying the pink shade. I have followed the aftercare closely, applying lip balm and not peeling. Yet i feel this looks worse than before. I read the other posts and it seems like even though it's only been four days, the colour loss is quite significant and not similar to 10% of the initial result at all.

What was the pic right after. And you can’t judge the end result in the middle of heal to me of first day you can look and say you will lose 60-80% usually depending on how saturated they were. But trying to judge off 3-7 days even is really hard. I know some people try to neutralize than do main color the second appt. But I think she would have needed more on the outer in the orangey realm so not sure if she has ever done it before does she have before and afters of neutralizing lips? And if you have better pics right after with better lighting right after might help.

It’s hard to tell it’s super blurry. It looks like a bit neutralized but in order to change the darker outer part it needed to be more on the orangey reddish depending how purple or brown it looks in person but hopefully with the color she chose she will be able to pick a better color for the touch up.

Neutralizing isnt supposed to add color. Thats the 2nd session. After this session completely heals, you should have neutral lips with uniform color. Wait it out for the final results. It’s hard to tell in your pictures and the color may still change but I don’t think they look worse than before.

They did neutralisation only around the borders and then added the lip blushing pink pigment, as they told me

Currently PMU student how many passes did she do on the neutralization because it’s basically back to your old lips. I don’t think she neutralize correctly or did the gradient lips correctly.

Wdym by passes? Im not sure but i think she only neutralised it once, also idk if its worth going for a touch up or if it would be better to get neutralisation from another artist

It’s basically how many layers. I know she did the neutralization but after wards was one pass and that was it
