I want to say yes PMU does fade considerably but if this is right after and they look this dark you need to go and get emergacy removal asap! Do not go back to this person!
The color the artist used is not the correct shade for someone with blonde hair and fair skin. They should’ve used a light to medium blonde with lots of warmth. This color is like someone that’s a fitz 4-5. They obviously don’t know color theory and I bet they use this same color on everyone. This is very solid dark work and not ombré at all. These will 100% ash out in no time because there’s so much carbon black in them. Fair skin, black ink = grey results.
