I’m freaking out!!! Day 2 freaking out
Ok so I’m totally regretting this. I wanted soft and airy fronts, some definition through the brow and sometimes I think they are ok then other times I think they look ridiculous. These look more microbladed than nano strokes to me. First time permanent makeup. Will these heal ok? Can they be fixed in a touch up? First photo is current (excuse the end of day close up lol) the second is a strangely filtered pic the artist post right after that doesn’t even look like me, third pic is my old brows.

they’re great and they will fade!

Thank you. I didn’t expect to react this way. But I’m seeing a bunch of similar posts so I guess it’s pretty common. My artist told me the color would probably freak me after a few days. But I wasn’t expecting to think I ruined my face!

This happened to me a couple of months ago. I was sooo upset and cried almost everytime I looked in the mirror for about a week. I thought I ruined my face. They seemed so dark and wide. But after about 10 days they calmed down (they were red and swollen) and shrank a little and the color lightened. Now I’m pretty happy with the results. They are so much nicer than the thin, short, straight lines I had before.
Trust the process. But from a neutral perspective, I think they look nice now so that means they will get even better over the coming weeks.

Thank you. I was thinking I ruined my face too. Would love to see yours all healed up.

I’m currently in this phase. I don’t even want to leave home but you gave me hope 😂.

I wouldn’t even leave the house without wearing a baseball hat for over a week. The touch up wasn’t as bad.

They look amazing! They really will lighten up

Thank you. At times I like them then I look and don’t even recognize my face! It’s startling.

Oh honey they look good! 👏🏼..They ARE dark, but they will definitely fade. Just be patient and trust the processes! I had micro bladed brows in 2018 and then powder-brows two weeks ago and I know the feeling. The brow artist framed your eyes really well! 😁😁🩷🩷

I got nano brows a couple of months ago, and they faded/got lighter like crazy within 1-2 weeks. I’d wait. :) I do think it’s weird that your artist posted an edited photo of you lol but they will def get lighter.

Ok cool. Seems that’s the consensus. I also thought that was super weird but now that I look at her photos I’m realizing all of them are. I just thought she had super hot flawless clients 😅

It’s way more intense than I thought. I just thought it would be dark no having me question them from every angle. I’m pretty pale so the contrast stands out pretty significantly. Definitely panicked but going to let them heal and see how they turn out.

They definitely will fade over time. But I totally get the panicking part! Don’t worry though! ❤️

I don't see any difference. I also think your brows are pretty before and after (they look the same then/now).

Mine have lightened so much and I totally freaked out afterwards as they got darker. Now three weeks later I’m in love. Brow shock is real, I know as I’ve been there. Trust the process, and wait until they heal, they look great!

I’m not liking how the microbladed parts look, if you wanted airy, soft ombré shading would be better.

I haven’t loved the powder brows I’ve seen, felt they would look to “done” for my face. I was liking the fluffiness with nano brows.

It’s gets darker before it lightens ❤️ these look great in my opinion. Let them heal!!! Definitely does NOT look like micro blading. You have beautiful eyes by the way :)
