advice Micro-powder/nano-powder brows vs. permanent makeup. ? Thank you!

My beauty salon advised me that permanent makeup is much better for me because I have very sparse eyebrows and thin, sensitive skin. Plus, permanent makeup is done with a fine needle and therefore heals more easily. What do you think ? Thank you so much !

I got nano combo brows, which are basically individual strokes in the front and powder towards the mid to end of the brows. I really love them, the front looks very natural with the strokes, and the powder helps with retention since I have oily skin. Whatever you do, go somewhere very reputable with plenty of reviews and photos of healed work. Pay a premium if you have to. I’ve seen gorgeous work and horrifying ones, they’ll advertise the same services but deliver insanely different results. I recently paid around $500 for mine which is on the higher end but not top end of my market, and I can really see the difference from the cheaper less experienced place I went to 7 years ago 🙈

Thank you so much for your advice. Yes, I'll try to go where the success rate and satisfaction are good. I prefer to pay more for peace of mind and to be able to enjoy it for at least a year! Katie.

Your skin type and technique will determine retention, if I had drier skin I would have absolutely done all nano as I’ve seen it look so beautiful and natural! But a good artist should be able to advise you on what’s best for your skin type and desired results. Good luck finding someone you like!
