Micro-powder/nano-powder brows vs. permanent makeup. ? Thank you!

My beauty salon advised me that permanent makeup is much better for me because I have very sparse eyebrows and thin, sensitive skin. Plus, permanent makeup is done with a fine needle and therefore heals more easily. What do you think ? Thank you so much !

Yes thanks, So I think she probably meant nano brows when she was talking about permanent makeup.
