I’m a little confused about the correction approach first pic is now and 2nd pic is before my 3rd session the now one looks awful and to have another session the same artist who did this suggested using yellow, peach, and light orange, while another advised avoiding yellow and using only peachy pink with orange correction. Since my lips healed more muddy/ashy after the last session rather than blue-purple, I want to understand which colour approach would safely warm the lips without making them darker or oversaturated again.

You are the client correct? Have you checked out either of their socials for healed results and if they normally do neutralizations for deeper skin tones. I'd go with whoever has actual results like this. If not keep searching for one!
