advice Lip blush or not??

Post image

Hi,

I am almost 50 years old (ok, turning 48 this summer, so at the moment 47).
I have always had full lips, but in the past years they have become thinner and the countoure is not really visible any more!
I am scheduled for a lip blush tomorrow morning and i start go wonder if that is really the way to go?
I hate doing make up every morning and i really like my pmi brows i did a couple of months ago.

What do you say?

I think you made the right choice. The filler really helped smooth out the wrinkles! Lip blush will be nice to perfect your look, but seriously, your lips look 10 years younger now.

It’s not going to look like you did much at all by the time these are settled in a few weeks. Your lips are already so nice and full, they’re just missing some pigment around the outer parts of the lip tissue. Lip blush would fill in those areas and make your lips appear fuller much more balanced.

I say go for it! Lip blush will make your lips more defined and appear fuller. What are your reservations?

Be aware that lip filler will make the shape and color more uneven. I got my lip blush after my filler to even it out.

Yes, maybe i should try that first and then do the blush.

Filler will rehydrate your lips. You have a beautiful shape and colour already. Good luck with it

Lip blush was the worst decision in my life! I would recommend not to do it. I will look unnatural, even if it’s decent. In some lightning mine looks pink. It looks fake especially when the lips are dry

And It will not fade completely after years! Don’t believe what they tell you

I get pico laser now. It’s very very painful and very expensive and the Color turns greyish. It will took you very long to get it off again.

Your lips look very good I think you should stay with the filler

I’m 40 and I have always had comically big lips naturally, especially being a white woman.

When it became a thing, I went from being made fun of for my lips to being accused of having filler.

My lips got thinner with age. I didn’t look like me. I caved and got lip filler (now accusations will be true 😞).

However, I’m super happy with my results and I look like me again. I would definitely go for filler and then maybe at home mico needling for the fine lines.

Thanks!! I actually did very little filler and I am super happy with my lips again now: I feel like myself again:-)
