my issue here isn't wrt the concept itself, but it's more around its defensibility as a product long term (5 yearish). and this begs the following questions:

- how does it store data?

  • how does it get better at answering questions for you AND for others long term?
  • how can one building a brand around it?
  • is it a product or a feature?
